Registered and based in Grand Cayman, ADASTRA Fund Managers Limited, as the name suggests, provides the product construction and fund management services for the rest of the Group.

It is the appointed Fund Manager to the ADASTRA range of funds, working closely with a team of professional advisors in each case. One of the Company's main responsibilities is to ensure that the best service is being obtained from these third party service providers for each Fund and to maintain levels of performance from the range of funds that consistently exceed their respective benchmarks.

Benefitting from good communications, the excellent infrastructure in the Cayman Islands and the fact that Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (“CIMA”) legislation has the advantage of being perhaps the most modern in the offshore industry, ADASTRA Fund Managers can call on combined expertise of over 40 years in the performance of its role to the Group.
